Garden Spiral Primavera

12oz pkg of garden spiral pasta
¼ C olive oil
¼ C butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb mushrooms sliced
3 C broccoli florets
1 medium zucchini, quartered and sliced
2 carrots sliced
1/3 C chicken broth
1 tsp basil flakes
1 tsp parsley flakes
salt and pepper
¾ C freshly grated Parmesan
Prepare all veggies. Cook pasta. Melt butter and oil in skillet; add onions and garlic—saute 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables, sauté 3 more minutes. Add seasoning and chicken broth; simmer 5 min. or until veggies are tender. Toss with pasta. Serve with cheese.
