Good Stuff

This was passed from my grandmother to my mom to me. Sounds different but it is really good. I have a very picky eater and she loves it!

Take a 9x9 pan and spray with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Saltine crackers
2 cups shredded cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 pound hamburger

Brown the hamburger then mix it with the sauce. Layer the pan with crackers then sauce and then cheese. Continue until our of sauce, I think it usually makes about 4 layers. Cheese is the last thing on the top. Bake for about 30 minutes. Our family thinks it even tastes better as leftovers. Very kid friendly, and very cheap to make.

I love this idea! For this recipe, I think my sauce was too runny or I didn't add enough crackers or something. My kids and husband wished I had layered it with noodles instead so they would have contributed some substance. Yummy, though!
