Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Scrub unpeeled potatoes and cut into wedges. Place wedges, skin side down, in a single layer in a large baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush evenly over potatoes and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve HOT. Kid friendly, and easy to do.
